Allcooper is helping the Pied Piper Appeal to collect a Tonne of Toys this Christmas

Allcooper is supporting the Pied Piper Appeal on their Christmas mission to collect 1,000 toys for sick and disabled children in Gloucestershire.

The Pied Piper Appeal's latest campaign - 'A Tonne of Toys' - is calling on Gloucestershire-based schools and businesses to host special toy collection points for their staff and members of the public to donate toys - all of which will be passed on to children across the county who are suffering from an illness or disability this Christmas.

In support of the Tonne of Toys campaign, Allcooper is delighted to be hosting a collection point at our Head Office in Gloucester, where our staff and members of the public are able to donate toys to the cause.

We have been supporting the team at Pied Piper since May 2018, when the charity was chosen as Allcooper's Charity of the Year. Click here to read more about the amazing work they do for children across Gloucestershire.

Where is the Allcooper collection point?

The collection point is located at our Head Office on Kingsholm Road, Gloucester. We're open from 08.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday if you would like to drop in a toy for the collection.

Address: Allcooper Group, 76 Kingsholm Road, Gloucester, GL1 3BD

Please ring our intercom and speak to a receptionist who will be happy to pop your toy into our collection box.

What kind of toys can I donate?

New or nearly-new toys are welcome to be donated to the collection. Anything you can donate will be hugely appreciated, however please may we ask you not to donate old toys.

Some simple ideas could include:

> Children's Books
> Children's Board Games
> Art Sets or Colouring Books
> Pre-school toys
> Gifts for teenagers and older children

Just picking up one additional gift whilst out Christmas shopping will help make a child's Christmas so much more special. Gifts do not need to be high in value, but please make sure your toy holds the CE mark for safety.

When is the deadline to donate a toy?

Our collection point will be open until Monday 17th December, so there's plenty of time to drop your gift in to to us.

Thank you for your support
