Every burglar alarm installation by Allcooper is accompanied by an annual Service Contract. Your contract entitles you to a set of benefits, which are in place to ensure you receive ongoing support for your systems and that they comply with the relevant standards.

One of the main benefits of your contract is your entitlement to regular burglar alarm maintenance.

This includes yearly or twice-yearly visits (monitored alarm systems require two visits per year) by a fully qualified Allcooper engineer, who will maintain your alarm and replace any parts to maximise its performance.

WHAT DOES BURGLAR ALARM MAINTENANCE INVOLVE?

Intruder alarm maintenance usually takes place once per year, depending on whether your burglar alarm is monitored. Monitored systems require two visits per year to comply with the requirements of the National Security Inspectorate (NSI).

When servicing your system, our engineer will thoroughly inspect and test its components and operation, to make sure the system will continue to provide you with effective protection for the year ahead. In addition to carrying out your burglar alarm service, our engineer will be able to answer any questions you have about your system and offer advice on ways in which your security could be enhanced.

As well as maintaining burglar alarms, we are able to provide your CCTV maintenance, Access Control maintenance and the maintenance of a range of other security systems to keep your business safe. For our business customers, our AC360 service offers comprehensive system reporting and proactive maintenance scheduling.
