Allcooper team to lead roman invasion

Gloucester docks is set for a Roman
invasion as Allcooper, the Security, Fire and IT specialists,
gears up to battle for first place with his team, Roman’s
Soldiers, in the annual Dragon Boat Race. |
Money raised by all the teams involved will support their efforts
in providing clinical, psychosocial, emotional and financial support
to those children, young people and their families.
Roman Cooper, MD of Allcooper Ltd, and his team of soldiers are set
to raise over £1500.00 for the charity and are looking forward
to taking part.
“We are all geared up for the race, but with our guys working all over the country, practising and getting in shape has been tricky!” explains Roman. This day is about fun, family and raising money for this important and heavily relied upon charity. We are all proud to be involved in this race and of course as a competitive business hope to take poll position!”
The teams consist of 16 oarsmen and one drummer. Roman’s Soldiers
team consists of Allcooper colleagues Kevin Slater (drummer), Roman
Cooper, Dan Jones, Matt Moulder, Dave Richards, Tom Wailes, Leigh
Worth, Ger Richards, Paul McAvoy, Adam Mason, Lee Sloan, Martyn Smith
and Jon Gabb.
The first heat takes place at 10.00am, Gloucester Docks on Sunday
20th May. Please come along and show your support at what’s
set to be a great day out.
