Married to Dawn with 3 children. Roman became Gerard’s apprentice 3 months after the company started in 1987.
He spent over 10 years installing all types of security systems across the UK and into Europe, culminating in a 2 year project in the South of France worth over £750k.
He came ‘off the tools’ in 1997 and has since been involved in training, Installation Management, our Service and Maintenance business, and was appointed Managing Director in November 2004.
Roman is an alumni of the University of Gloucestershire as one of the initial cohort on the world’s first MBA for Families in Business.
