Thanks to our advanced Audio and Video entry systems, you can interrogate or even admit callers – all from the safety of your telephone, mobile phone or video screen.
Active Audio Entry
Instead of opening your front door when someone calls, which can leave your family vulnerable, when this ‘bell’ is pressed, the system simply rings the house phones. You can talk to the caller outside the door before deciding if it’s safe to open it. But here’s the really clever bit: if you’re not in, the system can ring you (via your house phone) on your mobile phone. You can answer the call as if you are at home - the visitor believes you are inside the house.
If this is not convenient, simply route the calls to our Video Receiving Centre, and we will answer the door and deal with enquiry for you.
We know that potential burglars will always ring the door bell to see if the house is occupied before breaking in. Our solution is almost guaranteed to send them on their way.
Video Entry System
Now, a camera can replace your existing door bell. You can see who is there, and have a 2 way conversation with them, without opening your door.

In appropriate instances, for instance with cleaners or deliveries, we can install an electronic lock which can be released by the Video Receiving Centre remotely.
